Call for Tutorials

EUSIPCO-2013, to be held in Marrakech, Morocco in September, is now soliciting proposals for tutorials. Tutorials should address a timely topic of interest to the greater signal processing community, and should span a half-day session. The proposal should contain a one-page summary of the proposed topic and its importance, including a brief outline of the material to be covered. Please include, on a second page, a brief biography of each presenter, as well as contact information including a link to each person's home page.

The submission deadline for tutorial proposals is 17th March, to be sent to Merouane Debbah

and Phil Regalia
