Registration Fees
The registration fees include participation to tutorials, lunches for the 4 days (10-13 September) of the conference, coffee breaks, the conference proceedings (USB key), conference materials, and Welcome Reception on Monday evening. The rates are:

The price for the banquet ticket is 70 €.
Early registration: Up to and including 30 June 2013.
Advanced registration: 1 July-25 August 2013.
Late & Onsite registration: From 26 August 2013.
Registration Procedure

Payment Methods
Payments can be made either by credit card or wire transfer using EDAS.Note from Edas regarding wire transfer: Originating wire transfer fees can be charged either to the originator or the recipient, and some attendees accidentally or intentionally charge the fees to the receiver, which then reduces the amount credited, typically by between $10 and $30. EDAS is charged additional fees for incoming wire transfers by the bank, as described in the EDAS documentation. These fees are deducted from the amount transferred to the conference and indicated on the invoice. Currently, they are $10 for each transfer. Thus, please advise attendees to charge all originating fees to the sender, not the receiver.
Terms and conditions
Each paper must have at least one author registered at a non-student rate by 30 June 2013. Also, one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must give a presentation of the paper at the conference; see the notice on the 'no-show' below. One full registration can cover up to 3 papers.
Refund policy: Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend, and do not have a substitute, will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 80 euros if a request is received in writing one month before the conference, i.e. by 9 August 2013. Registrants are liable for their full fees after this date (i.e. NO refund will be made). There will be no refunds to authors of papers.
Notice: EURASIP Society enforces a "no-show" policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend the conference will be subscribed to a "No-Show List", compiled by the Society. The "no-show" papers will not be published in the OpenAccess Library of EURASIP.
